The Triune God

We believe in one eternal God—Yahweh—existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Sovereign Ruler over all things, holy in character, perfect in wisdom, and limitless in power.

The Word of God

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our ultimate source for truth, instruction, correction, and revelation. We believe Scripture must be rightly divided, spiritually discerned, and reverently obeyed.

Salvation Through Christ Alone

We believe that salvation is a gift from God, made available through faith in Jesus Christ. His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death, and victorious resurrection are the basis of our redemption. We are saved by grace through faith—not by works—and justified by His blood.

The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, bringing conviction, comfort, and power for Christian living. He gives spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church and the advancement of the Kingdom. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with evidence as the Spirit gives utterance, and the ongoing operation of the gifts and fruit of the Spirit.

The Fivefold Ministry and the Church

We believe in the apostolic structure of the Church as found in Ephesians 4:11–13. The fivefold ministry—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers—is God's design for equipping believers for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ. The local church is God’s visible expression of His Kingdom in the earth.

Humanity, Purpose, and Free Will

We believe every human being is created in the image of God (Imago Dei) and called with divine purpose. We affirm that love without choice is not love—therefore, God gave us free will as a sacred responsibility. We are called to steward our choices in alignment with the will of God.

The Power of Unity

We believe unity is not weakness—it is warfare. Scripture teaches that the anointing flows where there is agreement (Psalm 133). We are committed to fostering a culture of love, honor, and reconciliation, where every believer is valued and equipped for service.

The Return of Christ

We believe in the visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ. He will return as King and Judge, establishing His eternal Kingdom and restoring all things. We live in joyful anticipation of His coming and remain faithful in our assignment until that day.

Our Kingdom Mandate

Forward Faith City Church exists to lead with compassion, serve with dignity, and extend the Gospel both locally and globally. Our mission is to transform lives through biblical truth, spiritual discipline, and Kingdom excellence. We are becoming who God thought—one disciple, one family, and one city at a time.
